Returns: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Policy)Swimwear & Bathing Suits: Due to strict health and hygiene regulations, all swimwear and bathing suits cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered. Please consult our size charts carefully before purchasing.
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Clearance and sale items are final sale.
Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
